Thank you for using www.wellsjewellers.com. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using or placing any orders through this website. These terms and conditions govern your use of this site and purchases of goods and services from the site. By accessing the site and placing an order, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions and you consent to us using your information in accordance with our privacy policy.

Orders
When making a purchase you will be guided through the process by a series of instructions on the website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the item(s) from us. Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Wells & Co., just a confirmation that we have received your request. We will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once we accept your order, you shall pay the price for the goods (which includes vat) and delivery and we shall charge your account for payment. Please keep your confirmation of order email for your records. We do endeavour to keep our website updated but cannot guarantee that any particular item will always be available. All items on the site are subject to availability and may be previously sold. If items that you have ordered are out of stock , subject to delay or the price is higher than shown on your order , we will contact you at the email address you provided when placing the order , or by phone, We reserve the right not to accept your order if the item ordered is out of stock , we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, we do not deliver in your area or one or more items you ordered were listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our supplier.

Goods supplied are not for resale.

If you realise you have made a mistake and wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 14 days of your order date. If we are personalising or engraving your order we cannot cancel the order if work has already started.

Wells & Co. make no guarantee to supply items illustrated on this website which may be unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
Every effort is made to assure accurate impression of our products through this website. However, some images may not be to scale and the colours shown may vary depending on the individual computers, monitors and settings. Images on this website are for illustration purposes only, actual products may differ. Wells and Co .reserve the right to change products ,specifications and prices at any time.

All content is subject to change without notice and is non-binding.Wells & Co. reserve the right to modify, supplement or delete parts of the page or the entire content without prior advance notice, or to suspend or terminate publication.

Delivery
We offer free postage on orders over £50.00 via royal mail special delivery. We regret that we only accept on-line orders to shipping addresses within the United Kingdom. Please note all items will need to be signed for at the point of delivery. Deliveries are made to the delivery address that is supplied when the order is placed. Please note that we can only ship orders valued over £50.00 to the card holders billing address.

Click & Collect
If you prefer to collect your order from our shop then please choose this option when you checkout. You must bring photographic identification with you (i.e. drivers licence or passport), along with the card you paid with and proof of the card holders address.
We will advise you when your order is available to collect via email.

Returns Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy you have 14 days from the date you receive your goods to return them to us for an exchange, on-line credit note or refund under the following terms which relate to website transactions only. Purchases made directly from our shop are subject to normal consumer regulations. This offer is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected. Please note that we cannot exchange or refund items engraved or in any way personalised unless they are defective or faulty. The offer of a refund or exchange does not apply to bespoke order items (i.e. items that we do not currently carry in stock or special order items)

Returns instructions & terms

  1. Please notify us by writing to Wells & Co., 118 Centre West, East Kilbride, G74 1LL, or by email : info@wellsjewellers.com within 14 working days from the date you received your order.
  2. The item(s) must then be returned by royal mail special delivery within 14 days of delivery date to Wells & Co., 118 Centre West, East Kilbride , G74 1LL. Please retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
  3. The customer is responsible for postage costs incurred when returning an item. We request that returns are shipped through royal mail special delivery.
  4. The item(s) must be unworn, in pristine condition with its original packaging and security tag intact, along with proof of purchase. If the goods are returned worn or with the security tag removed we will reserve the right to re-charge you for them and to recover any costs incurred by us.
  5. If the goods you are returning are faulty , incorrect or damaged in transit , we will offer you a replacement ,or refund you the cost of the return postage , as well as the goods and your original postage charge providing there is no evidence of goods being damaged after delivery.

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via royal mail special delivery. Items may be returned for an exchange or credit note if all the above conditions have been met or a refund of the price of the item and postage. We will endeavour to refund the original price paid as soon as possible but in any event within 14 days of the return of goods and we will notify you by email of this.

Please note that, due to hygiene, we cannot accept the return of earrings.
