What types of services do we offer ?

Well, without sounding as if we are blowing our own trumpet too much, we are quite unique. We are a family run, independent business with a combined experience of over 70 years in the jewellery trade. One of the most frustrating things that we find nowadays is that a lot of high street jewellery retailers claim to be “jewellers” when in actual fact, they are simply a retailer of branded products and lack the experience, knowledge, professionalism and qualified staff, so essential today when entrusted with customers precious items.

Whilst we do sell jewellery brands from as little as £10 through to thousands of pounds, we are a “proper” jeweller, offering all of the services that you would expect from your local, family jeweller in the heart of the local community, including jewellery, watch and valuation services. We are members of the National Association of Jewellers, The Guild of Valuers and Jewellers and the Company of Master Jewellers, the latter being the largest collective buying group of independent jewellers in the U.K. This allows us access to a massive network of suppliers and specialists of all fields within our trade.
We employ trusted local workshops which we have dealt with for over 30 years, which means that we can repair anything from a silver teapot to a Rolex watch. We can supply anything from bespoke corporate gifts for events to loose gemstones, can create individual pieces of jewellery to your specifications or re-make/re-model your loved and long cherished, but dated pieces.
